Feature Overview
ZSphere provides a centralized UI for managing protected resources, backup data, backup plans, and backup storage.
The backup service in ZSphere is based on periodic scheduled backups. With backup policies, retention policies, and backup QoS, you can create backup plans that meet your business requirements and apply them to virtual machines or the platform database.
ZSphere provides multiple backup policies for different backup objects. For virtual machines, ZSphere supports default incremental backup and custom incremental backup policies. For the platform database, you can customize the backup cycle, execution time, and start time.
ZSphere supports local and remote data protection. Local backup storage supports seamless failover for business continuity, and backup data can be synchronized from local backup storage to remote backup storage.
