Log Collection and Management
Log collection and management enables administrators to collect platform logs by time range and log type and manage or download collected logs for troubleshooting and analysis.
Collect Logs
Before you begin
- Reserve sufficient storage space. Insufficient capacity will cause log collection to fail.
- The platform can retain up to three collected log packages. To collect new logs, delete collected logs as needed.
- When downloading logs through a URL, make sure the download environment can communicate with the platform management network.
Procedure
- In the navigation pane, choose .
- On the Log Collection page, click Collect Log.

Configure the log collection task.
Option Description Log Type Select All Logs or Specified Logs. - All Logs collects operation logs, event logs, management node logs, compute node logs, data storage logs, image storage logs, and database logs.
- Specified Logs collects only the selected log types.
Time Range Specify the time range for collecting logs. A custom time range can be up to 5 days. Auto Download Specify whether to automatically download successfully collected logs. - Review the configuration and click OK.
Manage Collected Logs
Procedure
- In the navigation pane, choose .

Manage collected logs on the Log Collection page.
- Click Download to download a collected log package.
- Click Delete to delete a single collected log package.
- Click Delete All Logs to delete all collected log packages.
