VM Instance
VM GuestTools Adds New GuestOS Support: Amazon Linux 2023
Starting from ZStack Cloud 5.3.40, the VM GuestTools now supports Amazon Linux 2023 as a GuestOS.
GuestTools integrates multiple performance-enhancing and functional extension tools and programs, such as QGA and internal monitoring agent. With GuestTools, you can extend VM instance capabilities such as internal monitoring, configuration deployment, and configuration retrieval.

CBD Primary Storage Enhancements
- VM instances using the CBD storage now support instant full cloning, improving business deployment efficiency.

ZStack Cloud 5.3.40 introduces the following enhancements to Vhost (XEBS-XINFINI) primary storage.
Supports Integrating with XEBS-XINFINI 6.8.200.2
In earlier versions, ZStack Cloud already supported XEBS-XINFINI as a Vhost backend storage system and provided basic lifecycle management for VM instances/volumes using this storage.

With XEBS-XINFINI 6.8.200.2, VM instances on Vhost storage (XEBS-XINFINI) now support HA, linked clone, and instant full clone; VM instances/volumes support snapshot rollback and flatten.
