Delete a Kernel Adapter

Procedure

1. In the navigation pane, choose Inventory > VM and Host.
2. In the resource tree, select the target host.
3. On the target host details page, click the Kernel Adapter tab.
4. On the Kernel Adapter tab, select a Kernel adapter from the list, and then click Actions > Delete.
   Note:

   • You cannot delete the default Kernel adapter.
   • Deleting a Kernel adapter releases the associated IP address. Storage services that depend on this IP address are interrupted. Proceed with caution.
5. After entering the confirmation information, click OK.
