Problem description
After ZNS is installed from Application Market, some environments may not automatically display the default zone or may be unable to open the embedded ZNS Network Center from Cloud. This behavior is usually related to the application installation status, ZNS controller connection status, default zone initialization, or frontend page loading and requires further confirmation based on the environment status.
Symptoms
- The default zone is not displayed automatically after ZNS is installed on a new Cloud deployment.
- The embedded ZNS Network Center cannot be opened.
- The entry is available on Cloud, but the page is abnormal or contains no data after it is opened.
Impact
This issue may affect the visibility of the default entry and the initial user experience after ZNS is installed from Application Market.
Recommended actions
It is recommended to check the following items in order:
- Confirm that ZNS has been installed from Application Market and that the installation task is not running or in an abnormal state.
- Confirm that the ZNS API, controller nodes, and VIP are accessible.
- Check the ZNS SDN Controller status in Cloud and confirm that it is
Connected. - Confirm that Compute Manager has been created and asset synchronization has completed.
- Refresh the page and reopen the embedded ZNS Network Center to check whether the default zone is displayed.
- If the default zone is still not displayed or the embedded page is still inaccessible, collect the ZNS version, Cloud version, ZNS Controller status, browser errors, backend API responses, and Application Market installation logs, and contact technical support for confirmation.
Scope of impact
- ZNS 1.1.x
