Source and classification
- Source: ZNS Network Service 1.2.0 Layer 4 Load Balancing known issue record.
- Classification: Product issue.
- Confirmation basis: This behavior has been confirmed as a known issue in ZNS Network Service 1.2.0.
Issue metadata
- Issue ID: ZCF-5067.
- Component/product: Network Service and the Layer 4 Load Balancing pool member selector.
- Status: Not closed.
- Priority/severity: P2.
- Affected version: 1.2.0.
Problem description
When selections in the segment port selector span multiple pages, N Selected at the top may count only the current page. Selected objects usually remain selected, and the actual data is usually not lost after confirmation.
Symptoms
- After switching pages, the selected count at the top is lower than the actual number of selections.
- When returning to the previous page, the original selections remain visible, but the selected count is inaccurate.
Impact
The displayed count may cause users to misjudge the batch selection result. The number of pool members to be created cannot be confirmed from the count at the top alone.
Workaround
- After selecting across pages, verify the final member list before submission.
- After submission, confirm the actual number created through the pool member list or API.
- Do not interpret an incorrect count at the top as a failure to batch-create LB backends.
Affected products
- Product: ZCF.
- Component: Network Service.
- Version: 1.2.0.
Fix status
