Issue/Introduction

This article describes how to troubleshoot the df -h command hanging on a host. It applies to the initial diagnosis and resolution of similar issues in ZStack Cloud.

Environment

• Product: ZCF
• Component: Cloud
• Version: 3.x-5.5.30

Symptoms

Running df -h on the host hangs.

Possible causes

An invalid mount exists in the operating system.

Resolution

Use mount to view existing mount information. To cancel an invalid mount, run umount <mount-point> based on the actual mount point.
