Issue/Introduction

This article describes how to troubleshoot failure to clone a VM instance. It applies to the initial diagnosis and resolution of similar issues in ZStack Cloud.

Possible causes

Image storage has insufficient capacity, and the actual capacity of the VM instance volume exceeds the remaining image storage capacity.
