Issue/Introduction
This article describes how to troubleshoot cloud platform monitoring data that is not displayed. It applies to the initial diagnosis and resolution of similar issues in ZStack Cloud.
Environment
- Product: ZCF
- Component: Cloud
- Version: 3.x-5.5.30
Resolution
Try the following methods:
- Log in to the host and run
cat /etc/sysconfig/iptablesto check whether ports7069,9100, and9103are open. If they are not open, try reconnecting the host. - Open
$HOST_IP:9103in a browser and check the specific monitoring data that is not displayed. For example, search for a VM instance UUID to view its monitoring data. If the monitoring data is not displayed, log in to the host, runpkill collectdto stop the collectd service, and then try reconnecting the host. - Check whether the owner of the management node path
/var/lib/zstack/prometheus/data2iszstack. If the owner is notzstack, runpkill prometheusto stop the prometheus service, and wait 30 seconds for the management node to start it automatically. - If monitoring data is still not displayed after the preceding operations, try restarting the host or deleting and re-adding it.
