Issue/Introduction
Failure to create a VPC vRouter generally has one of the following two causes. Use the corresponding resolution to troubleshoot the issue.
Environment
- Product: ZCF
- Component: Cloud
- Version: 3.x-5.5.30
Possible causes
Cause 1
The VLAN mode of the L2 network corresponding to the VPC vRouter management network is configured incorrectly.
Cause 2
The VPC vRouter image is incorrect.
Resolution
Resolution for cause 1
- You can refer to the NIC normalization section of the User Guide to reconfigure the network. When the access switch port is configured in Access mode, change the L2 network to noVlan mode.
- After making the change, create the VPC vRouter again.
Resolution for cause 2
- Click Resource Center > Network Resources > Routers > vRouter Images to open the vRouter Images page. Click Add vRouter Image, and add the VPC vRouter image again.
