Issue/Introduction

This article describes how to troubleshoot a UI that cannot be opened after a single management node starts. It applies to the initial diagnosis and resolution of similar issues in ZStack Cloud.

Environment

• Product: ZCF
• Component: Cloud
• Version: 3.x-5.5.30

Symptoms

The UI cannot be opened and displays permission denied.

Possible causes

The permissions on the management node configuration file are abnormal.

Resolution

• Sign in to the management node and run the following command to change the owner and group of zstack.properties to zstack.

  [root@localhost ~]#  chown  zstack:zstack  /usr/local/zstack/apache-tomcat/webapps/zstack/WEB-INF/classes/zstack.properties
